How long does it take to process and ship out my order?

You may refer to the below estimated delivery time frames for orders to Malaysia & Singapore.

*Note: Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

As a general guideline, all orders will be processed the next working day after payment has been received. You will receive an email notification once our team starts processing your order.

** The above standard delivery times might be extended during a sale or promotional period. You will receive an email notification in the event that the delivery times are extended.

On-Demand Delivery (Klang Valley Only)

We offer on-demand delivery via Lalamove or GrabExpress for customers within the Klang Valley area.

• Available: Tuesday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Delivery fee is paid directly to the courier (Lalamove/GrabExpress) and is not included in your order total
• Advance arrangement is required — please contact us at 014-633 5388 before placing your order to pre-arrange your delivery slot

Self Pickup

Pickup is available at our office by appointment only.
